“This laboratory was at Thomas Edison and Henry Ford’s winter home. Most of what is pictured is original. The bottles up until 10-15 years ago contained their original contents until it was realized much of it was explosive or otherwise lethal. Edison chose this area along the Caloosahatchee River in Ft Myers Fl. for its boat access and the climate that allowed him to grow many species of plants he used in his experiments.” (source)
